Keep Your Comfort on Track with Regular Tune-Ups!

Just like your car needs regular maintenance to run smoothly, your HVAC system also benefits from regular checkups. We recommend scheduling two tune-ups per year, one before the cooling season (February 15th – May 31st) and another before the heating season (August 15th – November 30th).

What are the benefits of a tune-up?

  • Prevent breakdowns: Catch potential problems before they become major repairs, saving you time and money.
  • Improve efficiency: A well-maintained system runs smoother and uses less energy to keep you comfortable.
  • Extend lifespan: Regular tune-ups can help your HVAC system last longer.

What's included in a tune-up?

Our qualified technicians will thoroughly inspect your system, checking key components for optimal performance. Here's a glimpse into what we cover (a detailed checklist is available on our website).

  • Air Conditioning Tune-Up: We'll assess the cooling parts of your system, including coils, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and more.
  • Furnace Tune-Up: We'll focus on the heating components, inspecting the heat exchanger, burner, gas pressure, and safety features.
  • Heat Pump Tune-Up: This comprehensive tune-up covers both heating and cooling aspects of your heat pump system.

Schedule Your Tune-Up Today!

Investing in regular tune-ups can save you money in the long run. The cost for a tune-up is $85 + tax, with an additional $65 for each extra unit.

Additional Notes:

  • We'll inform you of any necessary repairs during the tune-up, allowing you to schedule them promptly.
  • Our service area is listed on the website. Calls outside this area incur a $2.75 per mile fee.
  • Even with a home warranty, yearly tune-ups are essential for maintaining optimal performance.
