What to Expect During a Service Call:

• Our qualified technician will visit your location to diagnose the problem.
• The service call fee of $75 covers the diagnosis.
• The repair cost will be added to the service call fee, plus any applicable taxes.
• There's a $25 charge for each additional HVAC unit requiring service.
• Our service area includes the communities of Martinez and Augusta in GA, and Aiken and North Augusta in SC. Any calls outside this area will have a mileage fee of $2.75 per mile added.

When do I need to schedule a Service call to have a repair made?

• REPAIRS are for systems that do not work and need a service technician to fix them.
• When your HVAC equipment is not keeping your home at a comfortable temperature.
• When your HVAC equipment is making odd noises.
• When you notice water on the floor or ceiling.

To have a service truck come to your location and diagnose the required repair, the cost to you will be $75 + the repair + tax. Add $25 for each additional unit. Please see our Service Area. Service calls outside our service area incur an additional charge of $2.75 per mile.
